This weekend we celebrated the Baptism of Jesus. When Moses baptized Jesus, God’s voice came from the heavens and said, “You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.” Mark Chapter 1 Verse 11. We please God when we belong to Him as not only His masterpieces, but as His children.
We may often wonder, Jesus was born without sin, so why did He get baptized? He was in perfect relationship with God, His Father, so Jesus followed His Father’s directions. Jesus, help us to listen to our parents and other wise people like our teachers.
